Oh well, I tried.
I bought this gimmicky Hallmark Snowman gift for the 4 kids back home cuz it'll be goofy to the toddlers and adults. So, I had to buy a steady box to mail it in.
Why didn't I use the moving boxes I have lying around? Because I'm too lazy to cut it down to size.
Anyway, when I went to the post office today to mail it, I was told the cheapest would be Letter Post at $10.50 or so and that takes 4-6 weeks. So much for shopping early. The next cheapest would be about $20.
Well, guess what. The singing snowman costs only $12.95. I simply refuse to pay more in shipping than the item itself. It just doesn't make sense to.
So, now , I'm taking him back to the mall.
